Returns

Returning your order is simple:
  1. Place it in a padded envelope (for guarantee returns, we ask you to enclose your part-used or empty packs).
  2. Be sure to enclose the order number or a copy of your receipt so we can link your package to your order.
  3. Post the package to the address on our contact page

You can send us unused product or guarantee returns within 10 weeks of purchase.

On receipt of your return, we will promptly refund your full purchase price, provided you have enclosed the original order number or receipt.

Any shipping charged with your original order cannot be refunded (unless we made a mistake, when we will, of course, refund your shipping).
